What do they not understand about a re-make? Halo 1 was perfect as it was, it is still the most enjoyable Halo to date. All I wanted was the same exact everything on the new game engine. When I want to play on Hang em High I want the original bad ass hang em high. Not some re done level that doesn't even look the same. I want to experience the old nostalgic feel that I had when I was a kid. Sigh..

Looking at the multiplayer footage it looks like instead of a standalone multiplayer it will be sharing its servers with Halo Reach. Meaning it is possible that a stand alone map pack will come out later. Though I probably will still buy the game itself.

It seems unfinished and unrefined. Then agian the game isn't coming out until november. Thats more than enough time to polish it up. :D Personally I think it would get as many awards as the first too.

There was another video with more info on this game that was only up for a few hours, and they said that the halo 1 pistol is back and as over powered as ever. also, you can change the graphics from classic halo CE to the new graphics at the touch of a button. I'm not bullshittin' you dude, believe me, this game WILL BE EPIC. But not nearly as epic as halo 4 will be.

Don't really know what to think about CE being remade. I mean, I'm sure it'll be a blast to play but the graphics as they are now are kinda meh.

Then again we're still 5 months from release so I guess it's a little too soon to judge on that.

@Affirno Yep. In fact, the campaign is actually the original campaign, just with new textures. So everything, down to the smallest blade of grass, is in the same position, it'll just look a lot better.

@RoberyCairny you heard of 343 industries? they cover everything halo from now on. they are making halo 4 and the ce remake. but, do you know who is lead designer? the same lead designer of halo CE and halo 2. hes an ex bungie employee and is the man behind the better halo games. he left after he finished work on halo 2 to form 343i. even some other bungie employees left with him to keep making halo games, because they knew bungie was stopping. halo 4 is in good hands... dont worry.
