So tempted to think this is one of the best songs ever. There's a version floating around with a more "professional" voice -- I MUCH prefer this one. So much more effective with a girl (indeed THIS girl) singing it in a sometimes-wobbly voice. Gorgeous music, beautiful lyrics. One of the all-time most poignant lullabys.
