  • I wish australia had a national gridiron league. people in australia need to know that NFL is a good code too and that most people do better in the NFL.

  • American Football is good Game but I like Australian Football better. But Rugby is a shit sport, no skill in that sport what so ever.

  • @bigmac638 because players are greedy... he's taking advantage of NFL wages

  • @Electricfee1 What have you got against making money. The guy is a talented athlete so after his Australian Football career ended he went America and played American Football LOL.

  • @AFFTL I'm sorry did I say I was against money making? LOL.

  • @Electricfee1 NO but you implied it. How is greedy? & taking advantage of NFL wages? by going over there and playing LOL.

  • @AFFTL Do you honestly think that Ben Graham loves and is passionate about NFL? And players will join the team that's paying the most. That is obvious and smart on behalf of the player. And yes he is taking advantage of NFL wages as they pay MUCH, MUCH higher than what Ben Graham can achieve otherwise. LOL.

  • omg people these are all different games!! you cant compare....its just one or the other

  • @bigmac638 buddy Ben graham retired from AFL because the pace is much more faster and intense. he then went to NFL to make some easy money with a game that stops and starts every 30 seconds. PS. i don't see any Americans going to Australia and playing in the elite league of Australian Rules Football

  • @Genetix89 that's only because they would lose millions of dollars and have to move to australia...

  • How the FUCK can you compare NRL, NFL, AFL, NBA, MLB ? It like comparing apple to orange !!!!!

  • @RobertsNetworkCom it's gridiron.

  • @SMDavo

Yes. I've seen how much skill it takes playing your game. In AFL videos you look like seagulls fighting over a chip. No control of the ball at all. And you call NFL retarded, asshole?

    Fuck you.

  • @richard1972r Well said, I watch NFL and hate AFL. Shit game.

  • @sydneymassive It's obvious you're a stupid rugby supporter, any Australian rugby players in the NFL?!

    Thought not.

  • @Ultimatepanzer What's your point? And being a kicker is hardly anything to write home about. Oh, and the NFL has expressed interest in a number of NRL players in the past, for positions that actually involve playing the game too!

  • @sydneymassive And how many of those got through eh?

    Australian ones.

  • @Ultimatepanzer Completely different games, no NRL player could make it in the NFL and vice versa. They would have to train for a completely different style of impact, the games cannot really be compared, NFL is a short distance high impact game while NRL is high impact with long distances and with no breaks.

  • @sydneymassive Karmichael Hunt seemed to adjust well where footy is

a high speed, long distance and high impact sport.

    Contrary to rugby.

  • @Ultimatepanzer AFL is better compared to basketball. and I'm hoping that was a joke.

  • @Ultimatepanzer AFL is better compared to basketball. and I'm hoping that was a joke. It only cheapens AFL that they allow players who have never played the game to walk right in 1st grade. No AFL player would cut it in the NRL.

  • @sydneymassive You know I completely agree they wouldn't cut it in the NRL.

    Reason being they're overqualified.

  • @Ultimatepanzer But NRL players despite never having played the game are?

  • @sydneymassive Karmichael is terrible at AFL,gets a couple of touches game.

Reason he's even playing is for publicity in QLD.

  • AFL < NFL

  • I'm a "Yank" that lived in Melbourne for a few years and I have to say that Aussie Rules is 10 times better than American football!! No contest!!!!

  • Stupid Al Jazeera how can any America stoop so low to work for this company

  • funny how he retires from afl and just retires as an 'elite athlete' american footballer

  • Hes not considered "elite" hes just a punter. That position is not really involved in the game.

  • @6JCD well imagine if your just went for it every fourth down

  • @alip2310

LMAO!! Not as funny as you considering a punter an "elite athlete" He just kick the ball for a couple of seconds then it's back to the bench until another punt is needed.

  • @alip2310

Compared to what the REAL elite athletes (you know, the ones that get involved for most of the game?) get paid, his salary is a joke just as much as his position.

  • @richard1972r well, remember the highest scoring player in the nfl is a kicker. morten andersen.

  • if the made NFL more like rugby/aussie rules.. PROTECTIVE GEAR wise, concussions would be greatly reduced.

  • ya may as well be comparing tennis to golf, they both hit a ball but arent related, i am aussie and i love both, both codes are damm tough and good to watch. and anyone who thinks that rugby league is a pussy game or shit compared to NFL just watch one state of origin game NSW vs QLD and it will quickly shut you up

  • There's no comparison athletically between the two sports though. The athletes in the NFL are far superior.

  • @gatewaypress780 The two sports are completely different. The athletes in the NFL are built for fast paced, 10 second bursts, and explosive action. The athletes in the AFL are built for endurance, as the average AFL player runs 24 kms in a game. An NFL player doesn't run 1/100 of that.

  • @gatewaypress780 mate you've got no idea. Australian rules footballers are unbelievable, as they must be masters of all facets of our game, not just a single domain (kicking, running blocking etc). Afl players jumper higher run faster and have superior skills than any other code around, and don't just show it for a 5 second burst, but for an entire game, close to 2 hours.

  • @gatewaypress780 Yeah not reality, I like American Football, but AFL has far better athletes.

  • what? they would do better without him? what a fucking shit thing to say about someone like him

  • did saverio rocca make it in the nfl?

  • @doopenhagen yeeah

  • @doopenhagen yeah he's a beast trust me

  • Go gettem mate ...

  • Ok to correct "RobertsNetworkCom" Rugby League is not NFL though on the surface they are both similar, 'Rugby' (there's 2 types: rugby league and rugby union).

First difference is the ball has to be placed rather than carried over the line to score a try, second thing is that ruby players do not wear body armour and finally the ball can only be passed backwards.

that's is a breakdown of a few differences, there are more, but i was just suming up.

NFL and Rugby are 2 different sports.

  • im an aussie and there are a few people that enjoy NFL

i laughed at the end when he's explaining the points system

  • hes a monster at punts!

  • im an aussie and i absolutely love nfl!

  • @haydenisalegend me too!!!

  • hell yeah!

  • Ben Graham... woow... really an awesome punter... im glad we have him on the cards :D

  • ahh.........NFL the resting place of AFL Gods

  • you got that right! haha

  • i dont know one person that watches nfl, afl all the way

  • You probably live in Australia. Most people in the States don't even know what the AFL is. Different regions of the world, thats all.......

  • @azskateboarder Why don't you live in reality, apart from Canada no other country play's American Football. Australian Football is far superior game to American Football.

There are actual athletes with skill in the AFL, compared to the NFL where 3 is on team & the rest are fat cunts.

Australian Football is the most exciting & best game in the world.

  • @AFFTL Spoken like someone who knows absolutely nothing about American Football.

I've never watched an Aussie Rules game..but based on the highlights it might be an amazing game..

  • i do!

  • I'm Australian and am fascinated by both codes, but I think many people don't give the other a chance because they just can't see that they are two different sports: Aussie Rules is a very physical game of keepings-off, NFL is a more organised, strategic battle.

    Go Cats and Cards!!

  • hahahaha i like the way mike amor says "to have an aussie player FINALLY playing in the superbowl" as if it has been an ambition for the nation. great for him, great for his team, but doesn't really mean much to the nation. sorry guys

  • Legend ,Go Benny ,if anyone can boot a ball 70 metres with ease it's this guy ,Go catters!! don't agree with both games as exciting as each other ........

  • they lied us aussies dont watch nfl at all

  • Not normal matches, usually. But quite a few watch the superbowl for the novelty.

  • yes we do! on onehd all the time, and espn

  • i said i dont know one person that watches it, i dont know you......or do i??

  • you no me now haha

  • Its funny how retired footballers go and play NFL. Football is known in America, they participated in the world competition with all the other countries that play AFL

  • Over in the states, Sav Rocca is a god.

  • i laughed at the way they pronounce Geelong, hehe :)

  • australians playing in the superbowl. proves were great dont you think :) ? i saw last years superbowl , i was like wtf is this every 10 seconds there was a break was still ok i guess

  • Im an aussie living in the states(past five years) american football doesnt compare to aussie football..aussie football is fast , exciting, high scoring and just a better game to watch..Explaining to americans about aussie football is near impossible..they just arent interested because it not from america

  • Nah, It's just that Aussie football has never became known in the states, I'm not trying to be biased but It bores me maybe cause I'm not use to how you guys play and it never appears on tv. So it's personal perference really, I perfer American football and you perfer aussie football, its just what we grew up into.

  • @Damian1975 the problem with aussies rules when trying to explain it to Americans is that many of the rules can be interpreted differently depnding on your view of any given incident. For example how many times have you seen a free kick being given for holding the man when it was clear from your angle that the free should of been awarded the other way from the man dropping the ball. My missus is American and while she grasps the concept of the game easily the rules leave her a little puzzled.

  • @Damian1975 thats wat you think dude we like football

  • @Damian1975 thats wat you think dude we like football but atleat your honest

  • @Damian1975 im from england and i like every sport

  • @Damian1975 i've tried to figure it out, best i can figure it's kind of like rugby, and kind of organized mayhem

  • if he is a punter does he kick for goal as well as kicking the ball to the other team and if he dosnt why

  • Would have Rathered Sav Rocca than ben Graham.

  • HAHAHAHA MIKE AMOR!!! man he's so cool, i dont give a shit how bad the news is, it always sounds good coming from him

  • I'm from Malaysia and I do have cousins from Australia. I can tell that from what I've heard, this Super Bowl is pretty big for the Aussie.

The fairy tale story of both Ben Graham and the Cardinals goes hand in hand. It will be great that once again that the underdogs will prevail over the favourites.

I know I will support the Cardinals. As a testimony to this, I've decided to skip work to watch the game on Monday morning.

    Vamos Cardinals!!!

  • good luck benny!

  • I've noticed how insecure some Aussie blokes are about American Football.

    Live and let live.

The planet is big enough for more than just one sport.

  • Well the Cardinals are better than you think. Actually they are better than I thought the were a month ago. They are on a roll and it will be a great game mainly because of Kurt Warner and the defense.

I can understand why Pittsburgh is favored. But they had better be prepared.

Rugby is a fun game to watch and play, but I grew up with American football.

  • your probably american if you grew up on nfl, the cardinals tricked me into believing they sucked, about a month or 2 ago my team the patriots beat them 47-7a

  • The Cardinals fooled everyone.

  • goes both ways dude.

  • ???

  • Well Benny hope you have fun on the bench!

But we never know his backline history in AFL may come handy in a trick play of some sort. Remember them days at the Yarra kicking the footy across it. What was it 83 meters?

  • Go Geelong CATS!!!

    Woooohoooo!!!

  • Well then that is good for me then...I don't want to pay $thousands of dollars for a ticket.
