That's a blue indigo Tagelmust, not a Shemagh. There are alot of different ways to wrap a Tagelmust, it varies through each tribe and region. Usually these Tagelmusts are 16 ½ feet L X 2 ½ feet W and made of cotton stained with indigo. PM me if you're interested to buy one.

Tuaregs are mostly black people, though some tuaregs are white too. Also they are indigenous berbers of Africa and mainly live in Niger, and mali, but also have size-able numbers in Algeria, Mauritania, and some in Nigeria, and I believe Morocco too. hope this helped

This is the best method! Put on by someone who knows how it should be done.

Its not a shemagh or keffiyeh btw, but a pashimna (correct me if im wrong) although it doesnt matter to the fact that this is the most proper way to wear it! 5 stars.

Offcourse there are multiple ways to wear it, but most 'western' methods are just not practical. Not trying to offend anyone lol.
