I agree with you on one point that wow is just giving you epics.

The game got smashed in the head when WOTLK came out because its gone so casual. It should go back to pre BC where it was actually a challenge and not everything was about getting the best equipment, but about the adventure of downing a boss that took about 4 months.

@axas17 so true and now cataclysm is coming out and it is going to be so fucking retarded....if you quit and you dont know what is gonna be changed, ill tell you. they are allowing the use of flying mounts ANYWHERE and now mounts are for 20/40/60/68 for the upgrades and they are doing questline quests, where you get 8x the exp for doing these... its bs which is why i wanna find a new mmorpg

I'm a former WoW player and when the lich king came out i decided that it was enough. i am a huge fan of everything tolkien so i gave LOTRO a shot. right now im lvl 27 and loving it. if you play WoW a highly recommend switching. it so much less time consuming and there are no crying 6 year olds.

Well i no lotro is very good but i sugest you just play a bit of woltk its really cool and its not hard at all compared to tbc and getting epix is veryy easy now, what they do is they give a new update every so mounths with new epics so that you wont get top epics really quickly and get bored of the game

WoW is very bland. Like a saltine cracker without the salt. I've been a tolkien fan for a long time and so when I noticed Lotro had come out I cancelled my WoW subscription right away and got Lotro. The players in lotro are Much more mature. And WoW takes pride in knowing that basicly all their subscribers are illiterate 12 year olds. Lotro is top dog. But i don't wanna be around wen all those illiterate WoW players finally realize what they have been missing and come to Lotro. *shudders*

Well, its not as hard as say, Naxxrammas or AQ40. but some of the Raids in LoTRO are much harder than anything in burning crusade. level 70 raid content besides BT/Sunwell is very very easy. The game is aimed towards casual players. Lotro is not really aimed at those players. Its more into those that want to progress the story and don't mind sitting down to read the quest and follow the character development. but the raiding is certainly under level 60 wow raiding in term of organization.

i have a 54 captain in lotro and a 80 warrior in wow, that i just gave away.

WOW is very over rated, i even played got my warrior to 80, but the game just gets bland, i decided to only play lotro, its a better game experience over all, graphics are 10 times better and gameplay feels smoother. And not everyone is 5 years old and has no idea how to play. Also, this is not a game that requires you being on 24/7, wow just gets to be to much, so play LOTRO dude.
