In ONE field, there are 50 gophers

in the first year, 1/2 of these gophers have 2 litters of 6 gophers

Each consecutives year, 1/2 of the previous years population has 2 litters of 6

BUT, during EACH year; 50% of the year-end total will die (either by illness of from other pretitors) AND another 25% will be killed by man

In ten years, how many gophers will there be.

If man did not thin these Gophers out (less 25%) mortality...how many gohpers would there be in 10 years...

Someone is being pretty foolish, Where is his PPE? hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection? Its fools like this that will eventually cause Big Brother to crack down on this GREAT METHOD OF removing burrowing pests. IF we don't use the Brain that God Gave us, then Big Brother will come in and add MORE regulate this type of business as well. Gives a bad rap to the licensed professional that depends on this method for their livelihood.
