They did not actualy use this rule as it was last year and i was in year 5 and i payed no attention to that rule and i just hung out with a usual group of buds. I think those parents had no right telling the news about this and they should have talked to the princaple
Oh my god, how about you let kids be kids! When someone gets physically hurt then you can take action. Psychological bullying is just as bad but you've got to able to stand up for yourself as well
