  • Looks like the army needs a new pistol.

  • I love the Pietro-Beretta. It is one of the sexiest handguns I have ever saw.

  • Quick, Everyone put vaseline on your take down levers!!!

  • from what ive read apart from the early '92 slides flying off the thin barrels had a few warping problems with stronger loads. just a thought when you racked the round into the chamber and i saw the barrel thickness, not to mention most other guns have the "block" at the base of the barrel.

  • good to know

  • Good trick, but you have to know where the button or lever on the gun is and know how to press it properly. The most controversial thing about this trick is that you did this on a pistol that you own. In movies it's really fancy when the good guy can just take a gaurd's gun apart but in real life a professional armed guard would have a SMG or an assault rifle in most cases. I would recommend breaking the wrist of your opponents dominant hand then putting them in a choke hold.

  • @JoeRezac005 not really. most security forces these days if armed at all are going to have handguns, other than in nuclear and military facilities.

  • Really good video. Don't understand how anyone could dislike it. Stupid Trolls.

  • great

  • jet li in lethal weapon 4 so coool

  • Ahh, the Beretta. One of few handguns that looks better with the top half missing.

  • oh, and then she jabs it in the dudes neck....again.

  • hey gw, i just saw that new flick colombiana and she totally does this trick, again. and she isn't a ninja.

  • wasnt that a problem with the original version of that pistol that it was so easy to disassemble that people could do that to cops with the gun

  • can someone please tell me if this is a real gun?

if not, where can i purchase one of these.

or where can i purchase any realistic gun that can shoot plastic bullets?

i need it for a small skit!

    please message gunwebsites! <3

  • @xxcollisionsxx

Never use a real gun for something like that. Go get a toy

  • @xxcollisionsxx Paint a toy gun black mate. You do not want a real gun even for a skit.

  • @xxcollisionsxx get a airsoft blowback pistol. Those are usually full metal and pretty realistic, although many will have a orange paint on the barrel. Costs a little over 100 bux.

  • @mkygod can you please send me a link?

  • @xxcollisionsxx there are prop guns that spray sparks and shoot empty shells out of the slide when fired. usually ranging around $200-250.

  • @xxcollisionsxx It's a real gun...

  • @xxcollisionsxx google, 'airsoft guns' that should sort you out

  • @xxcollisionsxx It's a real gun with fake ammo

  • @xxcollisionsxx go to canadian tire and get one of their bb guns with an orange tip and use one of those. but DO NOT shoot anybody with it you could literally blind someone with one.

  • @xxcollisionsxx What you are looking for is a softgun...

  • @xxcollisionsxx go to a dollar store and buy one for like 5 bucks , get some paint , and away you go ! :)

  • haha only a true ninja can take apart a ruger mark II while I am holding it. and only the best ninjas around can reassemble it again ;) just kidding

  • Why render the gun inoperable when there are moves to disarm the bad guy and use the gun on him? I don't think a real Ninja who is an Assassin will waste time taking the gun apart. That is "Lethal Weapon" Hollywood scene. Another "Hollywood" is that notion when you shoot the window of a Jet Airliner, it will suck out everybody forever through that little hole.

  • @hoplophobiadoctor It's all movie mumbo jumbo in real life a "ninja" know's better than to play with firearms.

And that notion is also true,it's called air pressure, the pressure outside of the airplane is greater than that of said air inside..(it may not 'total' the plane..but it can cause gaping holes in the plane..)

Please before you comment atleast do some research..you sound retarded as fuck.

  • @GunWebsites Do you have a Ninja VS. Desert Eagle Video? Reply back to me :)

  • now what a ninja actually would do would be kill you before you ever knew it was there.... but if you did draw it would take the slide off throw it shuriken style into your friends forehead while stabbing you with the frame which he took outa your hand in ways i can't describe without getting killed by said ninja's

  • Awesome explanation thanks for doing this. I haven't picked up any dummy rounds for my Beretta92SB 9mm yet so didn't try this and didn't want to try at the range with live rounds. Sure makes it handy to field strip and maintain but will make me nervous around ninjas.

  • Beretta M92FS? Very nice, always looks better with a barrell extension though.

  • i thought beretta made it where you could not do that any more for that reason right there

  • Jet li does this in lethal weapon 4

  • would it work with an 84fs? I just am worried I wont get a reply on the older one. also just kill two birds with one stone do safariland and hks make .45 speedloaders?

  • ninjas don't use guns.

  • That is the Beretta M9 if im not mistaking?

  • This is something that could be on mythbusters.

  • never getting a baretta

  • I remember seeing Jackie Chan or maybe it was Jet Li do that to an attackers gun in a movie.

  • Do you think that if the Ninja hit the firing pin with something he could shoot the bullet he just stole? That would just add injury to insult.

They did the slide take down move in the TV Show Human Target too.

  • Jet lee did it in Lethal Weapon 4.....being I have owned two of them,,,,I will verify that it is possible to do that....but not sure I would try it with live rounds unless my I was on the receiving end of the gun....SO DON'T TRY IT AT HOME WITH LIVE AMMO...

  • Apologies for the multiple posts. I had too little coffee and too much nightshift.

  • @shurnee

NP, I know too well how that goes

  • @GunWebsites Life is tough since we are experiencing globalization. Globalization equal third world countries stealing our jobs :<

  • I was in the Marines in the 1980's when they were changing over to the M9. I can remember a warning coming out that someone somewhere pulled the slide off of a pistol during an apprehension. It was probably in CA as law enforcement there was really into the Beretta for a while. I can't remember for sure though. This is the reason why they changed the takedown button to a flush fit.

  • Nice video. I was in the Marines in the 1980's when we changed over (mostly) to the M9 Berreta. At the time I was in Security Forces and we primarily carried pistols. I remember a warning coming out about people being able to pull the slide off if you let them get close enough to grab the weapon. It probably happened in CA as they had a lot of law enforcement using the Berettas at the time. I cannot honestly remember though.

We had new Berettas and they were good guns and reliable.

  • what about with the desert eagle?

  • awesome looking gun not to mention its history

  • Ninja study 30 years to learn this technique--

    "Ki O Tsukete" (be careful)

    "Wakadimas Ka?"(do you understand?).

  • Who am I (jackie chan) they also did that little ninja breakdown in that movie

  • fun vid to watch

  • And can't be Done with a 1911.

Did that on Lethal weapon to.

    Nice review, I need a 92 now. :)

  • YOU KUNG FOO IS TWO STRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • damn dirty ninjas...

  • Wow! That's surprising, I did not know M9s did that... Good to have safety first. Looks like a recipe for disaster if not careful though. Idk, just saying expect the unexpected!

  • well on my old 92F (not 92FS) you can not remove the slide with mag in HOWEVER you can completely take it out of battery and render it inoperable. As far as real world this happening i give it less than 0.0001% chance, more likely they will just push the front of slide and take it out of battery like you can do with almost all semi autos

  • kule trike if worn wores faste ofnoref an breve afnors hi kut desarem a aporente

  • Cool

  • Jet Li did this to Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon 4

  • Nice video.

  • hey bro a quick question - how reliable is the berreta compared to models like the Glock or Sig? would appreciate an answer...

  • @iComment17

Gonna leave that to someone who really knows about the Berettas, that is not me

  • @GunWebsites The Beretta is very reliable and very accurate. Personally I LOVE Glock, Sig, and M&P, but I would and did carry a Beretta M9 while in the Army. I would rely on it to save my life. The Beretta has a rather large grip and I have small hands, so I do not own one in my civilian life.

  • @iComment17 I've worked with the M9 Barreta for the last 13yrs in the military. They are reliable as most guns. You have to take care of them. Too much lubricant and they WILL have stoppages from getting gummed up. Double stacked mag makes for a wider grip as well. I guess as long as you're not trying to shoot at Ninjas with it they are good guns. I prefer something slimmer like a 1911 or a Kahr myself

  • @BrandoLaBs thanks for the reply,

    iComment17

  • @iComment17 pretty much as reliable as the glocks or sigs as long as you dont get sand in the military phosphate coated mags use the factory civilian mags and you will be set even if you get sand in them.

  • @iComment17 As a Beretta owner, I have to say, All the slides' weight is in the Back, so, While a 9mm dosn't kick Much, It will throw off your aim due to the off centered Weight Balance. BUT! It is Still Easy to Controll. ALSO! Man, This thing is All Metal, Which gives it the Bad Ass feel of a Gun, Plus, I feel that the Metal Allows for Greater Accuracy, over the Plastic Glocks. I've had Mine Through Pretty Much Any Condition Possible, and It has Performed Excellently Through Out.

  • @iComment17 I have the taurus 92(beretta clone) with around 5000 rounds no failures... Pretty sure the beretta would be as reliable if not better

  • @iComment17 - it has some drawbacks, but in all I think it's an outstanding pistol. I carried one for the better part of 11 years in the Marines, including in Somalia. In all those years I don't recall one single jam or fail to fire. It's my favorite pistol, I trust it with my life. If I could choose only one pistol, it would be this one. I think the biggest controversy around this pistol is the caliber, not the pistol itself. As for the issues when it was first adopted, that was the ammo.

  • @762x51n8o Ill stick with my Glocks.

  • @iComment17 : I carried a Beretta 92FS for over 15yrs a primary weapons system, It is the best pistol that Beretta has made. Accurate enough for combat but I would take a Glock 34 over the Beretta 92 less working parts and a locking lug makes for added accuracy. The Beretta uses a floating barrel and loses on the accuracy to the 34 and other systems because of it's non locking barrel.

  • @iComment17 We used the Beretta's in the military years ago. They were good guns and very reliable. Of course they were new and guns quickly get abused in the Armed Forces. I prefer the ergos of the Glock and Sig over the Beretta but I don't believe they are anymore or less reliable. They've had problems with the M9 mags in Iraq but the military is adopting a new mag that is supposed to solve that. Nothing runs good with a magazine full of talcum powder like sand in it.

  • @iComment17 I prefer the ergos of the Glock and Sig over the Beretta but I don't think that they are any more (or less) reliable. I cannot remember any problems with them while serving in the military and I have a friend that swears by his. I tend to buy by caliber and then pick the gun that feels best for me. That's never been the Beretta but this might be the best feeling handgun in the world to some. To each his own. I would not feel poorly armed carrying a Beretta.

  • @iComment17 The military has had a few problems with the M9 jamming in Iraq. Beretta is now making a "Desert" magazine to fix this problem. Nothing runs good with a magazine full of talcum powder like sand in it. The M9 seems to work well everywhere there is not sandstorms. I would trust it for defensive use.

The military also really abuses weapons and they wear out very quickly. When it's not yours you tend to treat it a lot less carefully.

  • @shurnee Actually, I do believe that the magazines that were problematic were not authentic Beretta magazines. They were some cheap aftermarket magazines that were obtained at a cheaper price. The original magazines under contract, made by Mec Gar, and the Beretta factory magazines are of the highest quality, and are very reliable. It's just another part of the "you get what you pay for" statement.

And, if you ask me, those fighting men deserve the BEST.

  • @zulu45 EDIT: Fighting men AND women, that is.

  • @iComment17 I have owned two of them....I never had a malfunction of any kind...they will even chamber a spent round due to the design of the feed ramp...

If Beretta would make a .45 in the exact same style as the 92, I would sell one of my ARs to buy it....

  • @iComment17 Compared to a Sig they are about the same, with a Glock the Glock may be more reliable for the simple fact most of it's parts being polymer and it has fewer parts to break. Beretta's are still very good guns for the money and reliable. About the only thing you really have to worry about wearing out from heavy use would be the locking block and that is easily replaced.

  • @iComment17 Overall it's a nice shooting pistol. However, the ergos aren't great if you got small hands, and the recoil is a little "higher" than most guns. It's a good competition or duty gun, not the best for CCW and such.

  • @iComment17

I have a 92fs, and several 9mm glocks... the beretta is a much finer gun than the glocks, in fit, finish, and overall refinement of the gun. the glock however, in its dead-nuts simplicity, and generally loose tolerances, simply never fails. While the beretta is plenty reliable, i find i like to keep it cleaner than I find necessary for the glock.

  • @iComment17 beretta is very reliable, however sometimes will run into problems in sand. I have extensively shot all three, and the best thing to say is if you want accuracy, go beretta. if you want reliability, go glock. If you want both and more, go Sig.

  • @iComment17 Im not sure about Berrettas, but i can tell you that there isnt much better than Sig IMO..... I own 8 different Sigs, i've never once had any problems whatsoever! Awesome guns, highly recommend them

  • So my Sig would be harder for a ninja to take apart. :) lol

  • Cool. Thanks for the video.

  • it was also in oneof the lethal weapon movies, cant remember which one at the moment.

Id like to see a ninja do that with a glock or 1911

  • @jarod445

Only works with these Beretta models and Desert Eagles, other guns don't fall apart as easily.. i mean don't come apart as easily

  • @GunWebsites there's also sig models

  • @GunWebsites Glock

  • @jarod445 Lethal Weapon 4 Jet Li took Mel Gibson's Beretta apart. Ever since I saw that movie, I was wondering if it was actually possible. Now I know. lol.

  • @jarod445 I believe that was a Baretta as well. That's Mel Godsons pistol for most of the Lethal Weapon series.

  • @jarod445 Lethal Weapon 4. However, the dissembly catch was turned down in advance.

  • @jarod445 Fourth one Jet Li Breaks Mel Gibsons Gun

  • lol, good vid. Those ninjas are mighty sneeky so nice verification to all those in doubt.

  • thanks for verifying that.
