This is a parody opening. Basically, it's the entire opening with one of Rick Astley's songs. It's not supposed to be the original opening. It's Rickrolling, Eva-opening style. Anyone who watches the vid is rickrolled. It's a joke.
No Torq95 technically, it's the same artist, so you're being rickrolled. I don't recall the term to only apply to one song, and it says rickrolled, not Never-gonna-give-you-up rolled.
Plus I think another intended effect was that we expect the song to play, but a different one from the same guy plays. Pretty clever.
