I go to Richmond Park a lot and this happens pretty much every time you visit the park. People think their dogs will not chase the deer and they always do. Because they are protected and the dog owner will be heavily fined (the dogs can even be put down if they bite the deer) as well as the total humiliation of every looking at them like an idiot the owners always chase after the dogs screaming and this can go on for some time.
