The flag pin thing reminds me of communist China: "Why aren't you wearing your Mao pin?" No one should wear a flag pin solely because it's expected. As Obama points out: he doesn't have to express his patriotism by wearing a pin. And I would add to that: there are plenty of politicians who DO wear American flag pins, and at the same time turn around and wipe their asses with the constitution. So whether or not someone wears a pin has no necessary correlation whatsoever to how patriotic they are.

OK, the flag pin is more than just a sign of patriotism, he has only told you that. That pin has been worn by poiticians since 9/12/2001. ugh, yes he did. I explained because no one understands what that pin really stands for, or what him not wearing it stands for. It means a lot to some especially families of lives lost, so yes, to some it is important, I believe that should be respected. MY main focus is issues, and I know that Hillary can handle the major issues we are facing, I know she can heal our country. Obama talks good but he cracks with pressure, votes "present" when tough. I can not trust that he can do what we need.
