Well, if you're elderly, handicapped, otherwise not able to ride a bicycle (or simply prefer not to), I guess you're just out of luck since most bicycle riders today think the roads should belong to them and nobody else (certainly not gas guzzling car drivers). Ironically, most on those on bicycles here will be limited to motor vehicle travel twenty or so years from now (if these people haven't succeeded in banning them by then) and screaming about slow moving bicycles blocking traffic.
