I ran 15.0s all day in my gutted, LS, sri, da integra. In a car this much lighter 14s should be easy, and 13s attainable. I am shooting for 13s in a dd ef sedan, with an LS swap.

@MrTaliban34 no doubt a gsr is going to give you more power, but if your not a big fan of VTEC and high compression then go for an LS. LS stock on a turbo setup performs real well.

i ran a 13.6 with my all stock LS in my EF hatch only had bolt ons cold air intake and dc headers, hatch was gutted out to only 1 seat.

CF hood, and thats about it weight wise.... so I dont know how you cats are running high 14's and 15's with ls swapped EFs? shame.. but then again its all about the driver too.

Yes they do have a cable b16 tranny, an S1. Comes stock on the Jdm 88-91 CRX Si-R. WHich carried the first dual cam v-tec motor produced

bone stock ls with b16 cable trans u will do high 14's easy, on street tires.

let it run out alil more u might get a 14.2 n get b16 head w/b20 cams b16 pistons and bgsr or b16 head w/ gsr tranny and light weight flywheel an clutch an a short shifter easy low 13's maybe 12's

lol, agreed. Awesome for roadracing when u got lateral g force keeping u from putting it in gear correctly around corners, but I missed 2nd like 3 times one night at the track and popped out of gear twice, cant slam gears for drag racing with them as good as a stock ls or gsr shifter :)

u aint fuckin lyin bout a b16 tranny, my eg hatch wit a ls and a b16 tranny just eats up 1st through 3rd. only thing i dont like is the 5th gear, muhfucks gotta rev 3400 rpm to cruise 65mph on the interstate...

I know your cousin's LS HB is stock, but those he have intake, headers, open header's,no muffler or a straight 2 1/2" pipe all the way thru?...Please reply cause i'm thinking of getting an LS HB also and if it those high 14's i'll be happy wit that.

You'd want a B16 tranny, B20 cams are non-VTEC so scratch that. Maybe CTR cams.
