  • saw these guys a couple times in Philly. They were Amazing!

  • @oStewYy: It's an Ampeg SuperStud.

  • Well, damn....... Haven't seen this one yet. Damn...... Cannot believe I turned down a chance to see you guys in 1992 or 1993 in Rochester.....

  • what name is the guitar?

  • I could not help but boogie to this!

  • come back to Philly Folk Fest!!

  • you dont even know how much this song pleases me it is amazing!

  • 4:17

Sounds a little like get Back By The Beatles

    Great Work

Does anybody know what key harp is it??

  • Yes, I threw the melody to "Get Back" in there. I'm playing a C harp in the key of G.

  • Excellent music!

I look foward to the documentary film.

  • why aint these boys come to the uk? they should feature on jools holland without doubt. absolutley superb. genius. both of em. or maybe get on a tour with seasick steve or sum1 selling records?

  • this is by far some of the best blues i have heard for a loong time. they have a really incredible sound!!

where can one buy the albums? (i'm danish)

  • in one of his videos theres a link to where you can buy the music online.....i dont know which one...i THINK its a recent video but im not sure

  • great, thanks.

  • itunes too.

  • Nice shirt Sir lol lepidoptera....do you still have it?

  • what kind of tweed amp is that in the back?

  • That's a 1956 tweed Fender Bassman, re-tweeded by Gerald Weber at Kendrick Amps. I bought if from Trip Henderson for $1500 in 1988 or so. See my video, "Devastating Blues Harmonica." I take it out for a spin every now and then.

  • That is such an awesome song i love you two you just sound perfect togher also i love how satan is doing 4 things at once its amazing

  • great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Cool, a bit of the harmonica solo reminds me of the song "Get Back" by The Beatles.

You know the bit where it's like "Jojo was a man who thought he was a loner..." etc.

  • You're exactly right. It just fit there, so I put it in.

  • Nice.

  • Reminds me of their shows in State College PA at the Cafe 210 on Sunday nights in the early 90's. I lost their album, but was filing through some used CD's at a CD shop in Salt Lake 10 years later and bught the album again.

    Jaw dropping amazing music...

  • Yes, we played a handful of shows there. The soundman--smallish guy w/glasses--was the best soundman we ever had on ANY gig. No ego; he just knew his s--t.

  • I'd have to agree with you about the sound guy knowing his stuff.

I'm pleasantly surprised by the sound quality of this recording too.

This has got to be my favourite tune I've heard by you guys so far.

It had this clean, sweet sound. Hit the spot quite nicely and stayed in the pocket the whole song through.

  • I love the vocal on this clip so much, your harp and Mr Satan's guitar are great as always but the vocal blows me away, magic.

  • I love this song. which albums this on? I might see if I can get it.

  • It's on MOTHER MOJO, which is available from Amazon or Rounder dot com

  • If you're thinking about buying one you'd be better off buying all 3. I must say that all three Satan & Adam albums which I bought have never needed the use of the 'skip' function. I never could have asked for a more perfect album.

  • I will probably do that eventually ;-)

heh, I just figured out how to play that beetles bit. I think ive found an intsrument I enjoy as much as the guiter.

  • Nice tunes,,,love the high hat stands with tamboes and shakers on em,,gotta make me a set,,,Pete

  • Powerful.......damn powerful

  • love it!

  • Yeah, I put that Beatles thing in. And yes: Mr. S. was Mr. Charisma.

  • I know I'm posting twice, but I also had to remark on Mr. Magee's charisma, poise, and stage presence. Fantastic.

  • Like the little segue into the Beatles ditty! Hehe..."Git Back Jojo!"

  • Satan is tuned in A 440, but he capos the G and you cross with a C. Is this so you can use a C?

  • You've got good eyes. Yes: half the time when we played in G, he used a capo; the other half the time he used barre (sp?) chords.

  • Jojo was a man who thought he was a loner

But he knew it wouldn't last.

Jojo left his home in tucson, arizona

    For some California grass.

    Get back, get back.

Get back to where you once belonged !

I liked how you slipped that in there Adam... Cool!

  • niiiiice....
