@68831338 I agree they need to do more songs where they'll all singing the entire song as a unit instead of one or two of their singers singing the main verses and the rest just being the backing vocals. They're suppose to be a show choir not a cover band.

This is still one of my favorite scenes in Glee ever, because it really captures everything about these characters *and* people. This is something I can genuinely see a group of good friends/performers doing on any given day. (: Plus, no autotuning and no solos--it's so refreshing.

Okay, this cast is absolutely adorable. I love Chris and Lea the most, even though I love the whole cast...Those two just put so much into what is Kurt Hummel and Rachel Berry. I laughed so hard when Chris was singing along to "her measurements was 36 25 34" and of course, I love Cory, Mark, Naya, Kevin, Dianna, Harry, Amber, Heather, and Jenna SOO much too!! :) Glee has the most talented/awesome/cool/amazing/fun cast EVAHH!!

They were fooling around and having fun. Do you sing in the shower, or with your friends for fun? I know that once my friends and I burst out into Bohemian Rhapsody after it came on someone's Ipod, and it was so fun, it's one of ym favorite memories. Don't be so harsh.

@MusicLobo Actually, they were doing it off set and they ended up writing it in. They didn't just automatically add it in because there are lines for the script right after this. But still pretty cool its randomly added.

They aren't bad singers. I wish they would show them singing more often without the autotune/background music overpowering them.
Or maybe just try and make the music a little more original. If I had to choose between listening to a song by the original band, and the same song recreated by glee but sounds EXACTLY the same (kinda like karaoke), I'm gonna choose the original band. Just saying.
@emattbax They were just fooling around, doubt they put any effort into it. Kinda like singing in the shower or like a fool in your bedroom. Most of the performances are dream sequences. Sometimes I feel like they choose the wrong person to sing a song. Like in the Britney Spears episode when they made Rachel sing Hit Me Baby One More Time. Her voice wasn't suited to that song, she's more theatrics and ballads. Maybe Santana, Quinn or Brittany cause Britney isn't complicated.
If you listen carefully, you'll hear Mark (Puck) the loudest because they've got the microphone on his guitar. It's the loudest from "I like those stylish clothes you wear" onwards. It's my favourite performance from season 1.
I love love Glee, really, and always will, but I think this scene shows what Glee lost in the second season and what make this season less good than the 1 : the natural. This is maybe the BEST scene of all the show, and just because it's so simply and flawless at the same time. And I absolutely LOVE Lea's laugh ! :D

They were fooling around and having fun. Do you sing in the shower, or with your friends for fun? I know that once my friends and I burst out into Bohemian Rhapsody after it came on someone's Ipod, and it was so fun, it's one of ym favorite memories. Don't be so harsh.

@funnyman2424 I know they added it in. But u get the point of what I was saying not cuz I know they couldn't just randomly film it without any of them having their written lines for the scene and stuff

@kayelem23 like i guess they noticed but maybe Murphy told them to like keep going or something. But i know they had to re-film it and stuff cuz of camera angles and stuff

@MusicLobo Actually, they were doing it off set and they ended up writing it in. They didn't just automatically add it in because there are lines for the script right after this. But still pretty cool its randomly added.

and here we see what this glee club would sound like in performances if it was real life...
They aren't bad singers. I wish they would show them singing more often without the autotune/background music overpowering them.
Or maybe just try and make the music a little more original. If I had to choose between listening to a song by the original band, and the same song recreated by glee but sounds EXACTLY the same (kinda like karaoke), I'm gonna choose the original band. Just saying.

@emattbax They were just fooling around, doubt they put any effort into it. Kinda like singing in the shower or like a fool in your bedroom. Most of the performances are dream sequences. Sometimes I feel like they choose the wrong person to sing a song. Like in the Britney Spears episode when they made Rachel sing Hit Me Baby One More Time. Her voice wasn't suited to that song, she's more theatrics and ballads. Maybe Santana, Quinn or Brittany cause Britney isn't complicated.

If you listen carefully, you'll hear Mark (Puck) the loudest because they've got the microphone on his guitar. It's the loudest from "I like those stylish clothes you wear" onwards. It's my favourite performance from season 1.

I love love Glee, really, and always will, but I think this scene shows what Glee lost in the second season and what make this season less good than the 1 : the natural. This is maybe the BEST scene of all the show, and just because it's so simply and flawless at the same time. And I absolutely LOVE Lea's laugh ! :D

y'all do know that they filmed this without the cast knowing right? they were singing this during a break they got and Ryan just told the camera crew to film them when he saw them doing this lol. I luv this cast, they're just awesome :)

@MusicLobo Actually they were told to do it again for the show after the director witnessed them singing it during the break. There are so many different camera angles in this video for it to be just one take.
