sadly you people don't realize it's not about the amount of effort you put in "overall," but how you look for a few hours. Kai was off last mr. O for a few hours (mostly due to a massive roid gut, his and ardon's fault :() But Dexter won it a few years back and I can promise you he didn't have as much determination and heart as cutler and definitely not coleman. You can't hate on the judges for doing their jobs. I do believe Kai "CAN" win a sandow, I just cant say if he will.

I had the opportunity to meet this man and unlike so many other bodybuilders he is very cool to chat with and easy going, but when i worked out with him i saw the beast come out and it insprired me to push harder than i ever have, a true champion, hands down!
I was quite disappointed to hear that kai didnt place high at the olympia but i already know that he'll bounce back next year and blow away the competition

@sportsrounder Do you know how qualification for the Mr. O works? A pro bber has to earn enough cumulative points from each show that they enter in order to be eligible to enter for the O. Since Kai won the overall in the Arnold Classic this year, he is already qualified to enter.
@sportsrounder I believe (if I am not mistaken) that if one has earned enough cumulative points that they "carry over" to the next year and then once can compete in the O multiple times without placing top 6. I'm not 100% positive maybe your right.

I had the opportunity to meet this man and unlike so many other bodybuilders he is very cool to chat with and easy going, but when i worked out with him i saw the beast come out and it insprired me to push harder than i ever have, a true champion, hands down!

I've being complaining my whole life for many reason and considering it making me misserable and unable to accomplish anything; but after knowing what this man has passed trought I've notice the insignifacant my problems are, abd yet still he has grown o what he aimed for. Atleast I always had a mother and father thsi dude grew in Guardianship.

come into the show with better conditioning then any other competitor. It won't be enough to just exceed Jay (because he has all the advantages you can have going into the O), he will need to blow him away; it will have to be a complete upset and he will have to look so much better that it there would be an uproar if he didn't get it. (Than again, there have been plenty of Mr. O decisions that were a joke).

Kai should forget about doing the Arnold this year and focus all of his energy to win the Mr. O. Jay knows what to do now, he's no longer playing around while he's Mr. O. He comes in looking better and better, If Kai wants to win this year he's going to have to put 100% of his efforts into that one show if he wants to beat Jay. Jay has politics to his advantage (the judges favor him heavily and his muscle tech sponsorship) as well as coming in looking ridiculous. For him to win he would have to

@sportsrounder Do you know how qualification for the Mr. O works? A pro bber has to earn enough cumulative points from each show that they enter in order to be eligible to enter for the O. Since Kai won the overall in the Arnold Classic this year, he is already qualified to enter.

@sportsrounder I believe (if I am not mistaken) that if one has earned enough cumulative points that they "carry over" to the next year and then once can compete in the O multiple times without placing top 6. I'm not 100% positive maybe your right.

@Fir3fly798 no. i'm right. you have to place top 6 at teh olympia or be a previous olympia winner for a qualification. arnold, dorian, coleman could all enter the olympia if they felt like it.
