I am a TI in Syracuse, just north of him. I'm going through all or most of what he went through, including being gang-stalked on the road by plain clothes police driving their own cars. I know they have their people sit in cars and watch me when I'm going through my bank's ATM drive-through (I've taken photos). They have contacted & work with my family, coaching them on how to surveil me (and do other things). THEY are the real criminals.

@ramindsr I can relate. However, the problem seems to be far more severe in cities or organizations that have a huge emphasis on the group and keeping up with appearances. Those are usually churches, universities, corporations, and very political cities. If you find a town or a corporation that emphasize independence and individuality and you don't have to work with huge groups or teams then that's a good first sign.

I am also a victim of organised/gangstalking in the UK.

I am subject to overt surveillance by police, civilian informers and subject to outrageous slander. When I drive, I am boxed in and run of the road regularly.
