@@SolidSWARM I'm not sure about the whole 96 is the fix thing as I have not tried it, but the drivers license thing is real, and you can drive without a DL, and not accept any traffic tickets, by writing them a letter of "Conditional acceptance" in response to the tickets. My friends and I have, written off several tickets without paying for them. It's kind of fun actually to know that you have that power. This power shoud be practiced with caution and not by those who wish to abuse the police.

I can prove it..court room 201 Newmarket Ontario court house..Nov 10th of 2010.."charges withdrawn".no DL, Non-reg vehicle, No insurance and obstruction of police,all withdrawn when I went to court after standing my ground as a flesh and blood human being and not a corporation. It works.

As for the 96 thing...no luck with that. Only tried once though. I think it might not work or at least needs to be tweaked. But all of the rest, I can prove. I am not sticking up for Rob M ..just adding 2 cents
