Your dog is so pretty <3 I would love to get one just like yours once I have my own place. =) And I think the leash is a fine length for the filming, it's really not a big deal if the dog isn't tied down for a long time. So pretty, I am jealous!

Actually their not a good starting dog they require a lot of patience and attention but very clean so not many accidents in the house. Defiantly worth the trouble in my opinion. (Also they shed like their life depends on it lol)

@C7555 Shibas are very smart, though usually people recommend labs since they're mellow. My advice: do research, and lots of it on your chosen breed. You can also adopt a shiba from a rescue orginization that specializes in shiba inus. I don't think there's any such thing as a "starter dog" but if you want a shiba, do your research first. Please consider adopting one though: there are too may dogs that need good homes and it'll let you gain experience handling the breed.
