I uploaded a really good quality version of Simple and Clean that had picture of the Kingdom Hearts logo and a picture of Hikaru Utada. And I said this in the description at the beginning was "i mean no copyright infringement. I did this for people to have listen to a better quality version of the song than some of the lower quality ones." what is there deal? >.<

So say, if you got permission from Utada Hikaru to use her song 'Simple and Clean', they can still take it down because they weren't consulted. I know because that happened to me today. It's a dirty trick, and that's not right.

@JoesEpicAdventures AinoNamiko here. When youtube emailed me saying my account was frozen, They gave me the option to counter-claim, and sent me a link to a form on google, where you fill out your information and they pretty much let you know there is the possibility of being sued. But since, MediaInteractive doesn't own the property they deleted my account over, I went ahead and did it. Now I have my account back.
@summonerxi Ive heard of doing that, Im hoping I still have the email to at least get the one slot against my account removed. the first knock to my account I cant because I dont have the email or the vid left
@19ACE93 They terminated my account due to a couple of soundtracks, unfortunatly there is no way of reasoning with youtube so its all lost forever, Youtube used to be brilliant before google bought it.
Hey, sorry to hear that. But, sadly, it's true. I hope that these companies realize that by holding on to the ways of the past (i.e. keeping tight grips on their media rather than allowing fans to do free promoting of it by posting videos, etc), then they will become part of the past. They should recognize the potential in today's networked world, not hide from it and lash out at fans with vain claims of copyright!

They just blocked a video of mine and it wasn't an Inuyasha video. It was a video using Electropop song and images of Utada Hikaru. It was up for over a year and yet now there's a problem. And its not the record companies of either Jupiter Raising and Utada Hikaru.
