Excellent! Greenpeace once again rolls out it's limited arsenal of truisms, lies, and fear mongering. I was impressed by Mr. Epstein's performance in stating facts clearly and precisely!
Ryan revealed that his reason for believing AGW is catastrophic basically was "All the scientists say so". What to make of that? Sounds like he doesn't think for himself, although who can blame him for listening to scientists?
"Advancements in medicine, advancements in agriculture, advancements in the quality of life everywhere, all aspects of our society and our technology are what is to blame for that." (Greenpeace, 25:05). The cat is out of the bag on these Greenpeace guys. They blame all advancements in our life. Without humans there would be no human generated pollution. That is their end-game.
I am noticing that the environmentalist arguments haven't changed at all in decades (perhaps with the inclusion of global warming as the only "new" part of the doom and gloom rhetoric.) I don't think environmentalists have anything new to bring to the table, whereas the arguments against them keep growing as times goes by and hindsight becomes sharper.
He's certain that we have reached "peak oil" because... gas prices are going up?! Not because our currency is being diluted? Not because of government interference in the production of oil? But because of some fantasy about reaching "peak oil"? That was a completely idiotic statement.
Keep up the good work, Mr. Epstein. I had already seen this before and I watched it again almost in its entirety because of the fuel you give me when talking about fuel.
Green energy is so much cleaner? Talk to the folks in cities in China where they always wear masks and dump poisonous chemicals into a toxic lake - all caused by extracting the rare earth metals needed for wind turbines.

I'd be curious about the facts about what happened with DDT.

The questions assert Ryan's position. They don't allow for an alternative.

Quoting a physicist's opinion on economics (Tesla) - rather like quoting a linguist's opinion on politics. Stick to your research, Nikola.

As with most political/economic debates, you can easily spot the liberal - he's the one emoting all over the place.

55:30 Hey, with a billion government dollars, I could hire away some of Apple's employees to build competing phone! :-)
