@joeb19100 its not a mod of the game. i was using geckos to load the game and had it apply some codes first. the game itself is still loaded from the original disk. look up ocarina codes to see what i mean.

@ThunderDisk finish the race, then after you finish, dont grab the star but there will be a sling star on one of the other platforms.

@ThunderDisk Just finish the course for REAL and before you get the star, go to the right of the stand and jump on the other platforms. there is a sling star to all of the platforms

I've been able to get to those platforms without hacking. You just have to get a good enough time then the coach will say "Hey now everyone wants to congradulate " (or something like that) "why don't you drop in and say hello" He then shows the star. At the platform that you landed on when you first got there there a slingstar appears then it will take you to each the second platform seen then you take that slingstar to the third platform then that slingstar back. It works with -1:15 times

For anyone who still doesn't know, you can get to that star by beating the level under the best time, and then going to the right.

you need to be able to run homebrew on your wii. search google for "wiibrew" for more information.

you can also join the #wiihelp channel on EFnet if you know how to use irc (again, google it :] ).

as of right now, the latest update to the wii (4.0) makes this impossible. if you have the sd card loader, you are out of luck.

first you beat the water slide but instead of getting the star you go to the right and they'll be a lunch star. i use to wonder how to get to the platforms too until someone told me about the lunch star (and my life was ruined).
