As Dabura said, this song is called Ultra Butterfly. I cannot remember the translation of the second part of the name, I am sorry.

Or you can travel to japan to purchase it. But ... with the price of plane tickets these days I'd think it would be more cost affective to click away on Ebay.

It's either due to pop'n's genre-based listing, instead of featuring the traditional "Title/Artist" listing, as featured in DDR & GFdm.
Then again, it's the pseudonym system.
