  • im yawning from boredum

  • You didn't watch the ending...

  • your videos are great, fantastic information

  • 5/5

  • LOL Great story, and that ending was a, er, knockout! Haha, brilliant video, love the split screen and effects but you're such a natural storyteller, the effects aren't necessary. Terrific job, have an excellent Sunday :)

  • Thanks Steve! Well since I recently bought a new editing program they're necessary to justify the cost of it, LOL.

  • lol funny

  • Thanks SawkerDood!

  • Ha ha ha! Those are some dangerous lump sums! Great story, Blinkazoid! Slice-of-life stories are always the best.

  • Thanks Carl! I think a balloon payment might have been far less painful, LOL.

  • Very interesting story Robert. The ending was particularly funny!

  • Thanks Rory!

  • that was great, it's 8:40 in the a.m. and im still half assleep, your video was the first of the day and a great way 2 start it, you made me laugh, keep up the good work Damage Inc 2

  • Thanks for the nice comment George! Glad I could wake you up, LOL.

  • lol!!! CHeap Bastard!!!

  • Hi there highheadjester! Always good to see you:)

  • lol great story and i love the ending! hehe

  • Thanks ohheah! I love it when I can think up a decent ending:)

  • LMAO!!!

Good grief, all that borrowing money! Are you sure his name isn't General Motors?

Then again, if General Motors applies those kinds of repayment methods...!

  • This might be the answer to the financial crisis. If everyone starts airmailing their payments attached to rocks the creditors might decide to just forget about the debts.

  • Wow now that is a cool automovlog with the extra views. You have some really neat effects at the end. You must have some good software for edtting.

You really should vlog more often. You tell great stories.

By the way are you going to raise a garden this year?

  • I used Adobe Premiere Elements 7 and utilized it's "Videomerge" and "Lumakey" features. I actually got the effects from a free online place and plugged them into the video. Realistic effects can be fairly hard to make yourself but I've tried a few. So far only being successful on one which will eventually be part of a collaboration.

I'm not sure how big a garden I'll plant this year but I'll plant and film *something*. I'll definately be doing tomatoes. Gotta have tomatoes!

  • mikma was here

  • Hiya Mikma!

  • Haha. That was pretty awesome, Blinky. I loved the ending.

  • Thanks Yume! I thought the story needed a little punching up, LOL.

  • I like your three camera view.

You should have taken his $100 and told on him anyway.

Yours ended much better than Curts:-)

  • Thanks Daryl! Yikes, if I had done that he would have been flinging boulders at me with one of those medieval trebuchet thingys instead of throwing rocks, LOL.

  • You are a good vlogger! :-) That was cool...seeing where you where going and where you have been! :-)

People that don't pay on bets, I don't trust, so there would have been NO WAY I would have lent him a dime!

Hahaha! Got it back and cost you a fortune in fixing windows...lol

  • I clung to Windows Moviemaker for ages but I'm really enjoying doing different things with Adobe Premiere Elements. It just adds a whole new dimension to things. It's really cool doing things I've not done before. I'll probably wind up learning several editors. I've got Sony Vegas on order now since Sony is having an online sale on it.

Yeah, I should have never loaned the money. No one ever suspected he would just up and quit and vanish like that. He'd probably worked there for 7 or 8 years.

  • Didn't you know there is an Art to lying? (or should I have said a Walter)

  • Walter was certainly an virtuoso artist!

  • Wow the panocaming is way cool.

  • Ohhhh, good wordsmithing there dorotwhy!

  • Damn lucky having that prop handy in the back of the car. Imagine if you had got all the way to the car park, had that good idea for an ending and not had said prop with you to use. Still it proves what you suspected - Walter was a tosser!

  • Yep, the NY Yankees should sign Walter up, LOL. And I'm not sure what you're talking about by "prop". Did you not plainly see that rock fly through the windshield, LOL. OK, maybe not. I wish all props were as easy to come by as rocks were! I'm always needing something and think to myself "I know I've thrown one of those away recently", or "I could have bought one of those at a boot sale last week for a quarter and now I need one and it's $5 in a store".

  • Well donlt go throwing those rocks away - you know what they say about people in glass houses!

  • you don't suck at vlogging silly

  • Thanks Mysti! I'm amazed that some people are able to make some of the stories they tell as interesting as they do. I'll watch a vlog and think to myself "that was interesting. I don't think I could have told it as well though". I've been meaning to tell this particular story for a while however.

  • bwhahahaaaaaaaa! this was great Blink. Even though you made me almost jump out of my chair! luv ya, Chris

  • Thanks Chris! Hehehe, I started to say something in the description about the effects at the end but I wanted to take people by surprise. Looks like I succeeded, LOL.

  • AAAAHHHHHAHA! I wish I knew something clever to say, but all I can think of is "That was hilarious"!!

  • Thanks AZ! Clever often escapes me on comments too:) I think sometimes all the clever is hidden away in a box somewhere and I don't have the key.

  • Oh my gosh, what a great ending!!!!!!

  • Thanks SactoGranny! I always try to end things with a bang.... or at least a light pop, LOL.

  • Another Blinkazoid masterpiece!

  • Thanks MissTruly. You're too generous!

  • I was smiling with you when you caught him - good story.

Weve all worked with Walters - as a matter of fact, my last boss was one. Wouldnt know what the truth was if it bit him in the ass.

Great ending - curious as to how you did the coming and going. Three cameras?

  • I still can't help but smile when I think about catching him:) And the look on his face was priceless. I would love to have film of it!

Yep, I used 3 cameras. The one in the back was on a tripod which was bungee corded to a seat. I had to zoom it in just enough to where it didn't show the defroster grid. The front facing one was bungee'd to a heavy slide resistant cushion on the dash. I hand held the one pointed at me. I'd come up with a better way on the one pointed at me if I did this much.

  • HA! that was great - seriously.. the kids asked me something and I looked away only to hear that! had to back up and figure out wtf LOL

and you said you stunk at vlogging ;) LOVED IT!

  • Thanks Chris! You should know by now that my videos are like a car wreck. You can't look away:))) What usually happens to me with vlogging is I think of slightly better ways to phrase things so I do an extra take, but on that extra take I leave out some needed something that was on the previous take and so on and so forth. I wind up doing a dozen takes, none of which I like in total, but I like little pieces of each of them, but when I edit all the pieces together it looks too chopped up.

  • BAH! I have enjoyed your videos since the first day I subbed - I think they are great and a wide variety which keeps me guessing.

Great story, Great ending, Great creativity...

    :)

  • hey I liked the coming and going footage!

I think we've all crossed paths with a Walter or two! I'm still waiting for my lump sums! LOL

  • Thanks Lesley! I hadn't seen anyone else do the coming and going so I thought I'd give it a whirl and see how it looked. I did find myself wishing that I could drag those rectangular picture-in-picture boxes into a customizable shape though. Sometimes I think I've taken my lumps..... and then sum:)

  • No way you could do a plain ol' talking head volg! I found myself watching the split screen coming and going instead of you talking -- nice touch. Loved the ending -- however, you will no longer be able to insist that you don't get stoned -- heehee!

  • Well I guess if you're going to get stoned and have the munchies that Macdonald's is the place to be! Hey they should use that for a slogan, LOL.

  • Beat the 'crunch' with a McDonalds lunch? I'm not sure if somebody's not using that already?? If not, I'm copywriting it here and now... :)

  • Sounds good to me! I spun my wheels for a while and couldn't do any better. That was a fast draw. You're not a slow-gun at all.

  • Loved the ending... :) :)

  • Thanks Rob! This was an alternative ending that I think wound up being better than what I originally planned but couldn't pull off. I originally was going to park and then say something like "now see driving and vlogging isn't all *that* dangerous....." And then have a tire come through the windshield from a wreck that just happened. I never could manage to get a tire greenscreened properly into the video. Not that it really looked like a rock coming through the windshield either, LOL.

  • Looked quite realistic to me... besides, I'm still waiting for some promised photos from my 'National Service' days.. I paid quite a lot of money in advance for them, back in 1982.. Like I said, I'm still waiting!! Too late for a refund now, I guess!! Men du vet vem du ar, om du laser detta.. skicka mig mina bilder nu! (That was a private message to whom it concerns!! Worry not, it was polite... )

  • Hehehehe, I just plugged that into one of those notoriously inaccurate online translation things. It came back as follows...

But yous vet whom yous am failing , if yous laser this. send me remember pictures now

  • Ha ha ha ha.. yes, or words to that effect... :) I'm never giving up waiting.. but I do wish I had taken more photos myself!! Had I known what I know now.. all those planes, tanks and other vehicles I came across in my line of duty.. I was Air Force, but actually based at an Army Base, due to the location of my work, so I came across a lot of non-flying stuff too. Little did I know that years later I'd take up my hobby again, though.. :) Still thinking of all the photos I could have taken.. :)

  • LOL! I HAD to find out what it said!

"But you know who you are, if you read this .. send me my photos now!" - correct?

    :D

  • Spot on... :) :) You're obviously using a better translator that Blink... :)

  • What a scumbag. That's a pretty good story. I rarely stick around and I made it all the way. That is my sort of backhanded compliment

  • Yeah, I bail out on videos quite a bit. And sometimes *in* videos:) And be careful with the back of that hand. You might need it to swat bees or something, LOL.

  • I mentally inserted words like 'sproingbottom', 'whifflefadunk' and 'cocoanutterkapow'.. It DID make more sense!! :) :)

  • Hehehehe, all great word insertions Rob! Luckilly my bottom had just enough sproing to avoid the kapow!

  • that caught me off guard! :)

    xoexo

  • Yeah, usually MickyD's isn't quite so exciting, LOL.

  • he must have knew you were bitching about him. lol

  • I think he must have fleeced some new group of people out of some money because obviously he must have one of those smartphones that can access the internet!

  • wonder where he got the money for the smart phone. lol

  • LOL!

    Great ending Blinky!

    :-)

  • Thanks Twish!

  • Great story Blinky.

  • Thanks oh great master jokester!!!

  • omg...that was awesome...loved what happened after stopping at MickeyD`s..Gr8 job man :}

  • Thanks Bocist! I gotta be more careful at MickeyD's. A lot of unusually agitated stoner's hang out there, LOL.
