I saw Leila Haddad and her ensemble perform in Copenhagen a few years ago and was very impressed with the whole thing!

They put on a wonderful show, musicians and dancer working SO well together.

Lovely experience; I'd love to take classes with her sometime too.

I took classes with Leila many years ago in Paris in dance School of Marais district... She is so wonderful and so encouraging. I was totally "nul" but she had a kind word for every student. Leila - tu m'a appellée "La Belle Tania" - merci! Je me souviens toujours de toi et de ta musique - j'ai gardé une K7 jusqu'au recent.

I took classes with Leila for a couple of years in Paris and had to leave the country. Never found a better dance teacher since (either in raqs sharki or other dance styles) , or seen a better and more inspiring dancer. That's good in a way, but it makes so many other classes disappointing! Valérie.

I really wish you to meet her and work with her ! Similar shows with others good oriental dancers and musicians are given in the "INSTITUT DU MONDE ARABE " in Paris.

I just saw her show last week. It was really one of the best bellydance show . She dances coming up to the roots of egyptian bellydancing. I met her and already booked some workshops with her as she is a lovely woman too.

I saw this show in Washington, D.C. in the spring 2008. Leila and the musicians were fabulous! Leila is also a wonderful Tunisian folkloric style dancer as well as being a great teacher.
