DeadEye Duck was quite the badass wasn't he? definitely like Captain Harlock and Han Solo combined with the mutant inbred son of Daffy Duck, gotta love his attitude. You can tell this show was influenced by Star Wars, Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon. Willy looks like that nerd from the graphic novel Kick-Ass.

i think cartoons got real good in the 80s, had some kickass toons in the 90s, then got very poor... now there are some exceptions, Megas XLR was fantastic, and so was the justice league, sky land, invader zim and even the last airbender... but i feel cartoons have been given water wings and helmets for a safer form of entertainment...

@PurpleStorm8 They are, but alot of executives have it in their head shows with a nonhuman cast need a human character the viewers can identify with. In my opinion, kids can identify with nonhuman characters just fine, so long as they're voice acted well and act human enough it's not too weird to understand.

First of all how can just a boy build a photon accelerator? What are the odds that both the boy and Bucky o Hare both turn on the accelerator at the same time? If the accelerator is absorbing all the energy from the area then why does his flashlight still work? How come the boy can fix Buckys accelerator in like 5 seconds? Why does the boy feel so obligated to stay in the antiverse after all he has only been in the antiverse a very short peroid of time.

2)I think what he meant to say was that it was absorbing all of the ELECTRICAL energy from the area.

3) It's just a prototype to him. He built it for the sake of science. Not that I condone ALL forms of scientific research, mind you.

Just to clarify things, Bucky preceded Star Fox by one-and-a-half decades (15 years). I played the NES game but not the arcade. There's the arcade on eBay for quite a steep price, but it's worth it if you're a fan. I liked Willy because he was just one more kid on Earth but so very important in the Aniverse. In the comic, he gets stuck in the Aniverse when his parents turn off the Photon Accelerator. Frankly, he's better over there, his life has a true purpose with Bucky and crew.

The Bucky comic came out in the seventies/eighties. The SNES Star Fox game came out in 1993. Bucky O'Hare ran from 1991 to 1992 or something like that.
