If Arum came to the table and negotiated w/ Floyd's people instead of making excuses, the fight would have happened by now. Pacquiao has never made more than 10 mil for a fight, and Floyd offered to guarantee him 40 mil. Pacquiao lied saying that they discussed the backend revenue sharing.
