Its awesome to see 2 older nerds being so passionate about this. Now I use nerd as a term of endearment, I myself being a nerd and totally about nerd pride. I am 24 and i played beyblades 8 or 9 years ago with my little brother and thought it was awesome. now me and some friends have elected to start playing. and its encouraging to see you two older guys enjoying this kids game as much as I do. I believe this video was the final push I needed to get this started with us on a fairly serious lvl.

The only thing is where i live theres no one who plays with them(well not that I know of) and like all the cool beyblade tournaments and beybladers seem to be in North America and japan. K. I'm gonna rant here. Beyblade, to me, was at first a game of spinning tops that hit each other. Then after watching the Anime, I fell in love with the game, and when I held my first blade (Grip Attacker), there was no other game that I thought was this awesome lol At school, it brought everyone together, and you could see kids helping other kids. Even though I'm 18, and playing with blades now makes me seem childish, we still need to retain our inner selves and be young again ^__^

wow, my time as an active beyblader is so long ago, i have seaborg2 and dranzerF, which were one of the first beyblades that came out in germany. there were from plastic, so i broke my dranzer because i tried this shoot tyson did in 1st season to beat carlos...

well, where can i get those metal-blades you use "novadays"? i think it would be difficult to find any kind of blade in german stores right now. i feel like wanting a strong dranzer blase again...

bah i'm 18 and considering getting back into this stuff X.X It was fun but it's just that i stay up late and tbh my parents ruined it because they were all like "It's too loud!" and then I felt bad and stopped playing with them. If I got back into it I think I'd just collect and collect and just try to find the best combinations I can find. man i really do regret throughing out my 3 blades i had. true all 3 where the fake blades but i had so much fun just lounchin all 3 at once the 3 i had where wing attacker ice dragoon and flash lepered. lol i think my best memory was when i had all three of them going then wing attacker just fell aparet after a hit from flash lepered. then i look and i see that after flash lepered hit wing attacker wing attacker had a crack on the base of him i thought it was cool. but i wish i had them i'm back

Its nice to see you young guys (and gals) keeping Beyblade alive. I used to have loads of fun customising the old blades in mosty Non Tournament Legal ways. Being I was early 30's at the time I didnt really have any players my age around so I just tinkered. The new Metal Fight series looks cool, and I cant wait for it to get here in Canada so I can buy some.

my brother got the first dranzer and when we had a match on a tray i chipped his attack wring with galleon.
