Sorry, I do not know where a violator is. Try searching on google for GTA: VCS violator or something. Go to the airport. Enter it from the 'front' entrace gate fo rcars, near where it says escobar interational. There should be a maverick to the left a little ways down. It will start a mission but u can cancel and the heli is yours. Also, on the 2nd island, go near the lighthouse down south and get a bike that triggers the land, air, sea mission, you will get a floating heli with gun,

Phenomenal trailer. I'd been sad and wanting to return to Vice City for years, and then this trailer came out announcing that we would indeed return.

As it turned out, I may have liked the game the least out of all the "3" series, but it still satisfied my desire to return to Vice City. SA>LCS>VC>3>VCS.

1 thats just your opinion but 2 they didnt release the "stories" games to make the predecessors better. They did it to expand the story- and some expansion for SA would be nice as far as Cesar's story goes and how him and Kendle are adjusting.
