James Higgins is the Original Skeeter Rabbit who created the Skeeterrabbit dance step back in 1971, he was an original of Locking , who performed with the ORIGINAL lOCKERS IN 1974, Him and Tony GoGo were members of the very first Locking group, The Original GoGo Brothers in 1971.. People are confused because Stephan Nichols of the Electric boogaloos began to use his name much later.. But this is The original.. check yhr lockerlegends website
