@Geschlechtsvolzieher I have knee pain (on and off) in my left leg, which is unfortunately my primary jumping leg. However, I am yet to conclude that it is from Jumpsoles. It is likely from squats or knee injuries seeing as my buddy Josh has no knee pain at all..
I just bought mine and have been doing simple exercises the first week and am ready to get into more intese sessions. are these the only exercises you do with them and how effectively have they worked for you?
I got the jumpsoles almost a week ago and i can already see some results. Im lovin it and i just turned 16 n im 5'11 and i can grab rim and im almost dunking.
@fryswell Never in my life have I measured my vertical. With all my workouts together (including jumpsoles and other excercises that I have tried), I would say a good 5 inches (which in my opinion is worth the time and money) was gained.
I wonder if you could do some of these same exercises without the Jumpsole shoes? Not sure if I can afford them, please shoot me a quick reply black if anyone knows. Thank you.
@Mearonm a jumping exercise is a jumping exercise with or without a Jumpsole. I would certainly put more emphasis on everything just to be on the safe side.
@Mearonm man all they do is keep up on ur toes the whole time your working out so ur calfs muscles are always flexed just stand as high as u can on ur toes while u workout and u will gain inches to ur vertical
@Seektruth1st he's a good 3 inches shorter and 2 years younger. He can rattle a ball in or push one over the rim from time to time. Keep in mind though, that I have used the program more consistently than he has. Unlike myself, he's still a high school basketball player with a season or so left. He still has time to develop a little bit. I expect major improvement from him over the summer.
@FlynamicDuo Being light seems to help too....I used to leap reasonably well when I weighed in the 70-80 kg range, as a teen. Now I am on 100kg at 6'3 I hit the weights for a few years. Still grab the ring but the extra body weight seems to have taken it's toll. I played 2 on 2 for the first time in years since I spoke to you yesterday. My feet are blistered from the pivoting and not used to it.
We are a similar height but Im guessing you weigh a bit less....Though you have inspired me to try.
if you want to jump high you need very intense but not to long of workouts of like ex: jumping on 1 leg until you cant and skipping and jumping as high and as far as you can
@moneyman113 yeah 1 legged box jumps are definitely killer. skipping is too (as portrayed in this video), but they are pointless if done without effort. Thanks for looking!
@dominsmith I wont lie to you, I have never been a big fan of lunges. I am not going to downplay them, but I didnt feel like I was getting the most out of my work out during the few times that I did them. I would maybe jump rope for 2 minutes and break down the calf raises into 4 sets of 100 also. You dont need, nor should you ever consider, plyo boxes. If you can find anything to act as a plyo box, which is easy if u have imagination, than add some box jumps too. Good luck!
@dominicaquino22 we left 48 rest periods in between each workout. I haven't worked out in a while due to a recently sustained ankle injury while playing basketball (ironic, eh?). Unfortunately I do not have any before videos, but I could get my fingers above the rim, just not my whole hand.
@FlynamicDuo i cld only get my fingers on the rim. nd im 5'10. but im using the jumpsoles and jumpmanual so hopefully i cld get an impressive gain like you
where can i purchase some of these? im from canada im not sure if there sold up here

@43noecker I would just try searching for them on Amazon or Ebay. a lot of sellers ship to Canada.

@FlynamicDuo Hows Josh going with his jump soles training, seems to be a bit smaller and younger than you. Is he dunking or near to it?

@FlynamicDuo do you think I will get max results also if I do these as well
3 sets of 10-12 squats and lunges with 50lbs weights
2 sets of 200 calf raises
5 sets of jump roping(1minute each)
I don't have a plyo box and I'm not near a football field. Any suggestions
