@ps3feedmyfish probably because of the animal friend perk. You can get it at level 10 and it makes all animals in the game non-hostile (and will aid you against non animals at the 2nd rank of the perk).

I've logged like 70+ hours on this, over several characters, I've seen almost every place [1 expansion to get, MZ], I've beaten almost every foe, completed almost every question... And there's STILL shit I havn't seen.

This is the biggest and best game in existence... Until New Vegas. And Fo4.

@inventiveinsanity sorry but new vegas to me is a bargain bin title compared to fallout three and only worth buying once theres a GOTY edition with all of the DLC the only good thing they did with NV is that there now released all the pre order DLC in a single pack so everyone can enjoy bonus weapons etc when starting out other than that the whole story line of NV was pretty lame but maybe thats just me and that was after they fixed some of the glitchs bottom line is i am still playing 3 not NV
