We congolese are going to allow Nkunda and his destructive force be a part of our national army. A national army is to protect the country and habitants. Nkunda and his forces serve themselves and foreigner collaborators eg Rwanda. This will be a way to promote the rwandese's infiltration into the congolese army. Intregrating Nkunda into the army WILL NOT WORK! The current Congolese army is an integrated army and look at the result. The chain of command is completely inefficient. The former rebels do not obey orders of their new commanders. Nkunda was suppose to be integrated after the 2002 peace agreement integrating him again won't solve the issue. Nkunda is a War Criminal he should be in The Hague along with the other War Criminals. Why give him a pass??
