they are, usually. they can be used wickedly for spells, meaning that sometimes, an orc/goblin shaman can give a lot of taste to a battle

When you get a duplicate you can automatically change it for spell 1 in the spell book just to make things easier :D.

This rocks, I love Tzeentch, but if you look at the entry for the Lord of Change in the army list near the back, it says he knows all the spells from the Lore of Tzeentch and doesn't need to roll for them.

Lord of Change always knows all of the spells in the Lore of Tzeentch, he doesn't have to roll at all.

No the Lord of Change entry in the army lists says a Lord of Change is a level 2 wizard and knows ALL the spells from the Daemon Lore of Tzeentch.
