About the washing cars roms, it wouldn't be too annoying if they weren't so aggressive. Usually they jump on the side of my car and start putting their dirty soap on the window, regardless I accepted or not. It was also reported that some of them kick the door when the driver doesn't want to pay. Also some, but only a few, go in group of ten and try to intimidate the driver by going all around the car until he pays.
