  • OH_THE_FEELING.

  • What is the original song written by Debussy?

  • This reminds me of something I'd hear at Cirque de Soliel.

  • @deejayroyalt1 same exact thought :)

  • In case you're wondering and depending on how old you are, you will remember John Hurt [the actor whose voice is in this song] as either

1: the guy with a really bad case of indigestion in the movie Alien

    or

2: Olivander who owned the wand shop on Diagon Alley--from Harry Potter movies

  • The voice is John Hurt

  • blue screen of life

  • What about the other part of lyrics...? Is anyone can help me? :)

  • Ohh, chills. I love it.

  • i can't catch up what does he say on the beggining... It would be truly suprising...?

  • I think it goes like this: It would be truly surprising if sound were not capable of suggesting colour. If colours could not give the idea of the melody. If sound and colour were not adequate to express ideas ...

    I'm not english myself :)

  • Thank you :) I couldn't figure out what does he say in the second part of first sentence, but now I know ;)

  • why is it cut off so abruptly at the end ? did you delete the last part ? !

  • @will44666 It cut off because that's where the track ended. The fingers do snap, but that's at the beginning of the next track.

  • amazing stuff

  • amazing

  • My school tutor in year 7 was the keyboardist (i think, but i know he was part of them) to "the art of music"!!, Mr Jeczalik!! woo :D :D :D

    Makes amazing stuff :D :D :D

  • cool, its breathing!!

  • The spoken voice is actor John Hurt. The soprano singer is Sally Bradshaw.

  • the dude from hellboy?! get outta here:)

  • As well as many other movies (Watership Down, Alien, 1984 and V for Vendetta come to mind.)

  • This is really cool Forester. I tried your idea of viewing this on a large plasma screen it's frakking awesome.

  • Hay the pic does seem to move THAT SUPER COOL

  • Unashamedly enchanting.

  • No, the haunting voice in Michael Jackson's Thriller is none other than Vincent Price.

  • Okay. I looked him up on youtube, he was talking to Kermit the Frog, thanks. :-)

  • @M0N3t7 This is in fact John Hurt, you may know him from tv-series Merlin, the elephant man, aliens or even harry potter

  • @M0N3t7 It's the actor John Hurt, Famous for being the first chest burster victim in the movie Alien.

  • @yerkeskid Thank you and the other answerers :-)

  • very sensitive

  • Omg, this is sublime! Who is the Soprano???!!!

  • amazing just simply amazing

  • one direct influence form the art of noise.... The Prodigy, makes alot of sense. The album this is taken of is out of this work, i'm really glad their still around

  • THANKS

  • The Art of Noise were truly amazing. I find that Rhys Fulber's/Conjure One's song called "Beyond Being" sounds like it was influenced by this Art of Noise song.

  • what is original song?)

  • Art of Noise were amazing, they have to get back together for some kind of reunion - maybe a 25 year reunion?

  • Is that the voice of John Hurt speaking?

  • Aye

  • I thought it might be.

  • spettacolo

  • At the end of the song I remembered living on Maui when I was younger. I almost cried.

  • a true classic out of this world bring this back out of the blue, yes exactly

  • Does the Video Move? I think it's an optical illusion! Trippy!!

  • Dreaming colour is best of AON!

  • True artists...

  • lets all have a vote to bring back aon for 08

  • I'll second that!

  • @lightningsid HELL YEAH

  • i love this music. And the album is brilliant. AON is great.

  • I was looking for something meditative for my Good Friday blog...Thanks, ForesterMackey.

  • Blue is a beautiful colour, especially the blue of the sky.

  • Yeah, if you have a big flat plasma screen on the wall, this music and blue "moving" background is perfect. It's very relaxing to listen to and GAZE at this vid.
