I am impressed that you did Insanity AND 50 Burpees. It is completely understandable that your time isn't as good after Insanity. I know the feeling of missing Insanity; I want to start, but afraid of what it will do to my knees...thinking of doing Turbo Jam instead. Know where I can get a Turbo mask to do it in??? LOL
I was inspired by Ton's video too.....it was so cool seeing him do those burpees. I'm inspired by you as well, as long as, you don't let a girl beat you LOL ;-) You CAN do this sweaty man, I know you CAN, no pressure :-P
Looks like Terry talked me into doing the Burpees... If Tom and Terry can do them, I shouldn't have an excuse not to do them... I'll see if I can record them today, though, I tested them early, and my form is between yours and Terry's...
@shesakura You mean not spread apart... you can do it either way but if they are spread apart it makes it a bit easier and makes you more stable.. But they should go back at the same time.. you should not be stepping back (unless you have to)

@MoveItForward The form is getting better.. and in turn my time is getting worse, BUT I am much more sore today and I like that. You 'old' guys are very inspriational to us kids.. don't ever forget that. Thanks :)
I hope that after I do power 90 I can move forward like you into P90X and Insanity

@tbossbone You will.. it's just a matter of conditioning into it.. and trust me this round of p90x is the hardest ever for me.

Oh man... insanity and burpees? I can feel your pain from here.
I tried some burpees yesterday. WOW my upper body strength is non existent. I need to work on being able to do non-girly push ups BIG time.
off to the gym to destroy my arms :)
