I believe that there are two NASA's One for the general public so it can work without questions and the greater NASA that is well beyond anything we know about or would now believe. They are working in concert with the ET's. The old water on the moon ruse is worn out as , as you say, it's been told a few times over the last decade already. There was no 6 mi plume at all , not even a flash. It was NOT what we were told it was to be. It's something else completely.
