I made this last night. Beef Fillet aged 23 days, hot pan, peanut oil in, seasoned steak in, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, garlic cloves, flip one time, butter in, shake, glaze, take out of the hot pan, clean white plate, pan glazed beef fillet in the middle, re-glaze again, plat with a sprig of rosemary on the fillet, and edible roses around it. Fucking Delicious!
