Elvis didn't copy her at all because Elvis was the one who got Wanda into doing rockabilly, and taught her the basics when they were touring together and dating in 54-54 which she talks about on Wanda Jackson's Big Break,
first lady of rock n roll? i can name 10 who rocked from 1950 on............I love Wanda and her music...but lets not confuse facts .............. Janis Martin was rocking in 55 along with LaVern Baker, Ruth Brown, the Hound Dog lady and the list goes on and on...........i hate titles: theyre all hero's in my book and need to be rewarded.
