I walked the Molten Oil Painted Brooklyn Bridge. I walked the streets buzzed and feeling Furry Vino on the insides. I lived this song to honor Peter. Every Type O Negative fan should go to New York and do the same.

@BleedingT OVERDRIVE was an hour-long show on VIVA 2 here in Germany in the late 90s and the guy in charge of typing the titles for the videos got a bit sloppy, that's all. "In Praise of Bacchus" would roughly translate to "Im Lob Bacchus" in German.

VIVA 2 was awesome back then. That's why they went broke and ended up a clone of VIVA, which itself is a clone of MTV, which is a clone of some necrotic bacteria of some sort.

Damn you Peter Steele for avoiding a cardiologists. Miss you.

@leonakita Actually I would say that without Kenny, Pete Josh and Johnny and let's NOT forget Sal, there would be no Type O. They all are integral to the sound and the sum of their parts is greater than any individual. I do agree though that Josh really was the backbone of the band though. He is the thread that weaves their original sound together, but too Pete's bass playing is phenomenal in my opinion...to him it's just a guitar with 4 strings. That's why Type O will never die.

I don't know what people mean when they say this is "Heavy"?! Is it heavy in emotion and beauty and excellence? Absolfuckinglutley!! Is it plain "Heavy"? No. This isn't heavy like Crowbar or Slayer or something. It is heavily filled with beauty, emotion and excellence - once again. I just LOVE this album even though it is their LEAST HEAVY, it is one of, if not their finest works to date! What an excellent band!

Type O rules. You must see them live to truly feel there presence. Its a shame that the music industry is not pushing great bands/music any longer.
