What you cooked isn't a tajine. A tajine is cooked in a clay tajine dish ... not in a frying pan! Whatever tajine you cook it is not eaten with cous-cous. No Moroccan would eat such a combination. The two meals (Cous-cous and tajine) are distinct and separate). What you have cooked may taste good, but it is the equivalent to serving Coquille St Jacques (Scallops gratinéed) with sauté potatoes and calling it a classic French meal!
