  • What you cooked isn't a tajine. A tajine is cooked in a clay tajine dish ... not in a frying pan! Whatever tajine you cook it is not eaten with cous-cous. No Moroccan would eat such a combination. The two meals (Cous-cous and tajine) are distinct and separate). What you have cooked may taste good, but it is the equivalent to serving Coquille St Jacques (Scallops gratinéed) with sauté potatoes and calling it a classic French meal!

  • @petujaymz I am and have been married to a Moroccan woman for 14 years ... I have two children half Moroccan/half English ... I speak Moroccan Arabic - nta balid, ana machi tina balid ... I have visited Morocco over 60 times and on one of those visits I lived there for 8 months ... I know a great deal about Morocco, the geography, the culture and the food ... Your rather unnecessary comment makes you the daft one.
