I got a Westie 7 weeks ago, he is called Noah and he's nearly 18 weeks old. He's lovely although he likes to dig up my mum's new flowers! He is very loving and always happy when you walk in a room. He has his mad moments though and can be stubborn. He's a happy chappie and hopefully he will grow into an amazing dog, although he's pretty special now :)

@RobW581 Hiya, yes Yuki was very to train! and shes very affectionate, needs to sit by myside most of the time!

Westies are ever so smart. He or She...hmm i dunno yuki is a girl but i read in books males tend to be more affectionate, but i've not had any shortages from yuki :D they are VERY lovable and gentle if brought up well.

@orange6018 I hear varying advice about which is the best to get,some say that the males are more playful and boistorous whilst the females are more tame and cleaner,but either way they are lovely.Might have to wait a while though before I get one as money is tight.

I had westie named Yuki too a year ago, but she died from genetic illness, I had her only for 2 weeks and one of them was very painful as we spent it in veterinary clinic..Good luck to you and Yuki!
