That "fat center" was the true best player on that team. JP Batista. He averaged like 20 ppg and 10 rpg and didnt gun up shots like morrison. Also he was fouled on that play. Horrible officiating.

Ur right,my mistake - UCLA WAS TOP RANKED MOST OF THE YEAR. I was thinkin of Duke (postin on another site & mixed up the post). and no doubt the game was a "really good game" but the "best [UCLA] game ever"?? not EVEN close. IMO as best games are where two great teams fight it out down to the wire. Zaga turned into a Pumpkin and Cinderella went back to cleanin up ashes...
