  • They've only made one truly weak album as far as I'm concerned: DirtyWorks. After-math, Sticky Fingers, Some Girls, and Bridges To Babylon are the stand-out albums for me, I think.

  • @len4max Stripped

  • The Stones sucked after the 70's were over.

  • Wow great collection. I love all sixties and seventies of Stones. Great album Beggars, Let it bleed, Sticky Fingers and Exile.

On your collection I add Flowers with Ruby Tuesday.

  • If you are a devotee of 'seventies music, then check out the book 'An Essential Guide To Music In The 1970s' by Johnny Zero.

  • @TheTeewolters only UK releases and studio albums. No collections.

  • @theulv I usually go by the U.S. studio releases. 24 albums by that count. 10 in the 60's, 6 in the 70's, 5 in the 80's, 2 in the 90's, and A Bigger Bang in 2005. The track listings of the UK versions of Aftermath and Between the Buttons however are definitely superior.

  • @TheTeewolters how about metamorphosis 1975 but i enjoyed your video

  • Only 1 good song, rest were lame like the band!!

  • @SRVoodoo1

  • Amazing...a great collection & lots of work. No wonder my Stones (only) collection of cd's/albums has a separate shelf...

  • Awesome Job. I have been a Stones fan since I was 12. I'm 20 now and I own everything they have put out. They will live on.

  • This is a reminder that the Stones started off as a blues band, and somehow were sidetracked into being a rock 'n'roll band. I've got most of these albums.

  • Black and Blue, por ejemplo...

  • Great stuff! I love the Stones. Enjoyed listening to your collection. Kudos for putting it together. Terrific job!!!

  • cool stuff! congrats!

  • Congratulations on getting your video featured by the "Rolling Stones Face Book Page". Apperently they really liked it and after seeing it myself it is very good. I like how you used more of the blues tracks than the traditional "run of the mill" radio air play tracks. Good stuff man........... Thanks............

  • nice. thanks for featuring Winter off of goats head soup. their best ballad ever. Flowers is another I pull out occasionally.

  • Exile on main street

  • get year ya-ya's out or exile on main street

  • Bridges to Babylon, I can't stop coming back to that music.

  • The best one (Album) if you must choose is "Exile!"

  • why back to zero????

  • @poloagogo hahaha yea really. One Hit to the Body is my fav of Dirty Work.

  • Very cool, I myself am a collector, have all US release albums on Vinyl LP including live and best of's except 40 Licks and Bigger Bang are on CD. Was proud to have found No Security on vinyl but never even opened it haha

  • @WyattGareyBand Same here. I haven't opened that one, A Bigger Bang, or the new Exile.

  • i can understand this with Their Satanic Majesties album... but i was thinking that the Aftermath album was more popular...

  • my favorite ones:

Aftermath and (maybe i'm alone on this) Their Satanic Majesties Request

  • The first album is my favorite one.

  • What greater compliment than the Rolling Stones featuring your video on Facebook today?? Thank you for this magnificent compilation of the world's greatest rock band!!!

  • What greater compliment that the Rolling Stones featuring your video on Facebook?? Thank you for this magnificent compilation of the world's greatest rock band!!!

  • This is greAT! I love your choices for songs too, not the 'BIG' radio song, but actual really EXCELLENT songs! Rock on!

  • Exile

  • Great collaboration of those albums..... Aftermath is one of my favorite albums. But they are all fabulous.

  • Rolling Stones > Infinity

  • OUAIAIAIAI !!!!! Quelle merveille ! Quel tripe de les écouter; les meilleurs albums à mon goût sont les premiers : ROUTE 66, WHAT A SHAME, AFTER MATH, OUT OF HEADS ETC...

LONGUE VIE AUX ROLLING STONES !!!!!!!

  • DAMN!

  • Very nice, it made me recall and want to listen to some of their old albums. My favourite one is "It's Only Rock'n'Roll"

  • Yes the first album was very good and important for the band - big mistake..

  • Felicitations pour ce "travail"..... Mais, il y a qq oublis, dommage. Je n'oublie pas que le choix des morceaux est excellent : On sent le fan.

  • Metamorphesis???

  • very well done! I love the stones musik from the very first minute! My favorit albums are "tatoo you" and "beetwen the butons", "Their Satanic Majestic Request" and much more!!

  • god its nice to see the UK releases, just lovely. the london reissues spoil their history

  • the intro and outro is an aphex twin song!

    yeah

  • Where is "The Rolling Stones Now!" - 1964?

  • @archaiclonelystar Read the video description, it says that I only featured the Decca albums.

  • @theulv Want to say what a great clip you made here with all the original British L.P.s that i used to save my money to collect as a teenager in the mid '70s cos i was a bit too young in the 60s ! ; i'm British so i didnt mean getting them on imports either ; i used to go to the big shops in Cardiff where they stocked 'em all !

  • Rough Justice sounds good, like a throw back to 1977.

  • dont forget rollingstones now, wonderful sound they make !!! (**)>>

  • Great Rewind, nice, i like it

  • Very cool. Exile is my favorite.

  • VERY NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • so hard to pick a fav. i cant think of one album they did that i dont like

  • I have all of them except the fisrt, Out Of Our Heads, Aftermath, and A Bigger Bang. The Best albums are the 6 from 67 Satanic Majesties-73 Goats Head Soup. My personal favorite is Sticky Fingers, but the other 5 are very close.

  • let it bleed is my favorite !

  • Sticky Fingers, contains only extremely beautiful songs

  • for me the best album is stickyfingers with the horns

  • They are all favorites(except maybe Bigger Bang, haven't heard it enough).Nice job on the video. Thanks

  • Gotta go with Beggar's Banquet.

  • great piece of musical voyage , ppl all have their own favs , mine are sticky, bleed, & EXILE ....

  • But holy shit how good is Exlie? btw

  • I'd have to say Sticky Fingers is my favorite.. followed closely by Let it Bleed.

  • i have a vinyl copy of sticky fingers with the zipper

  • @pzolsky so do i

  • cock on fantastic full shilling brilliant

  • yes, sweet memories! Nice selection of songs too - but anyway - with the stones you can't do no wrong.

  • Let it Bleed and Voodo Lounge are my top two favorites. But as Jagger once reflected when asked which was his favorite Rolling Stones song of all time- "they are all like children, you love them all, each in a different way".

  • You Forgot Rolling Stones NOW!!!

  • Nope, I included Stones no. 2 which is the British version of the release

  • Send It To Me a great underrated one on Emotional Rescue.

  • thought 22 was low, counted my c.d's -41, but youre right most of the others were compilation or livealbums (9),hard to pick a fave but maybe "Beggars".

  • It's interesting how we all have different tastes. I agree with Under My Thumb, Hand of Fate, Love is Strong and to a lesser degree Jigsaw Puzzle. I would have chose Monkey Man, Sway, Tumblin Dice, 100 Yrs Ago, If You Cant Rock me, Beast of Burden, Emotional Rescue, Start Me Up, Too Tough, Had it With You, Almost Hear You Sigh. B to B too bad to even pick one, well maybe Gunface. This Place is Empty.

I'm 45 and it's sad to know with them being in their late 60s, I can't expect to rock.

  • I hope they prove me wrong. With medical science, maybe they could release one more very edgy/hard, rocking album. I won't hold my breath though.

And yes old guyz, that's exactly what you need to put out or don't bother.

  • 22 doesn't seem like very many for the amount of time they've been around....but still cool.

  • Plus various solo projects, films, TOURS and a couple of albums since etc..

  • please someone help us we had a rolling stones cd, it was green with multiple pics on it and it had all the great songs on it and we searched everywhere on the internet for it, we cannot find the name of it any help would b awesome. it wasnt the girls, cd or tattoo you but it resembled both

  • Maybe the hits album "Rewind" which is available some places.

  • Nice compilation! All under 5 minutes, too!

I think Beggars LP is still my favourite.

The "Aftermath" and "Satanic" LPs seemed a little different from my copies or what I thought they looked like. Are they UK copies or early copies?

  • the best are beggars banquet let it bleeds sticky fingers and the no1 exile on main street

  • cheeeers!!!!

  • Love is Strong~Voodoo Lounge~excellent

    Thanks and smiles!!!!

  • Very Nice job

    Love the Stones

Black & Blue is my Favorite !!

    Steven from Brooklyn NY

  • Niks mis mee. Exile rocks. Greetz from Holland.

    Hansie

  • Excellent band, amazing catalouge of work. I dont have a faviroute album, I like them all.

  • Beggar's banquet

  • me too

  • my fave: goat´s head soup

  • Great post dude...cool

  • my fav is LET IT BLEED...it rocks..freak

  • There is one other band that's reigns as the best and I think you know who it is, hint begins with a "B" and ends in an "S", there are seven letters all together in their name. Although I am a fan of the other band I must say the Stones are my No. 2 group and they do kick ass. Been buying and listening to their records, yes records since 1968, got every LP they released. Keep rocking greatest rock and roll band. Oh yeah and remember, "All You Need Is Love", oops ! there goes the hint.

  • Great job Theulv, salutes from Colombia South America.

The rolling Stones come back this year

  • Thanks! Let's hope they will continue 'till they die.

  • Great choice of "Back Street Girl" from "Buttons," although "Connected," "Complicated" or "She Smiled Sweetly" would have been equally fine.

  • Yeah, I think it's a nice song, haven't really listened that much to Between the Buttons, but I'll listen to the songs you suggested.

  • thanks for putting this together/the Stones rock on

  • It's really Difficult to say which is my Favorite Album, They're Beyond Great! TG For The Stones. Great Vid, Thanks!

  • Thanks. Noticed that there wasn't any updated Rolling Stones album video on YouTube, so I made one!

  • Please leave a comment!
