@lcelylce I think the concept, especially for Americans is that there is only West Europe and Eastern Europe divided by which country used to belong to the USSR and which one didnt. Therefore Vienna (actually the entirety of Austria) would typically be counted to the West even though it's actually further east than Prague simply because of their political history. But yeah in a 3 piece model with a "middle" part none of these cities are in the East.
