  • I watched this very clip on some German TV show back then. If I remember correctly, it's the footage of a live performance in Munich.

  • @VitoDeLaHoyaCardinal Thanks for that info! How sure are you?

  • @toptonychick I'm not 100 % sure about the town (although I still prefer Munich), but I definitely remember the announcer saying, that is was from a concert in Germany. I guess it's from their tour in late 1980. BTW, thank you for uploading. I must have searched for this specific clip like 10 years.

  • @VitoDeLaHoyaCardinal Hey! No problem. Thanks for your info!

  • @VitoDeLaHoyaCardinal

Judging from the drumming style this is probably from after Brian McGee's departure. And since it's obviously not Mel Gaynor, it must be Kenny Hyslop on drums. Therefore this footage is probably late '81 - early '82. Another clue for that is also Jim's added verses and a much looser performance.

  • This version is just pure PUMPING, WOW. SO full of edge!!!

  • @TheNouveauxdecadence I agree! Shame it is not the full song! Thanks!

  • It's an Italian TV show, not french, but it's a very good video :-) Thanks

  • 1980 or 1081. McGee drumming

  • @TheWaterEchoes Kenny Hyslop,I think (you only see the side of his face). Thanks.

  • Wow, thanks for posting this. Amazing vid!

  • Found any more colour songs from this show Tony?

  • @theredraven I don't even know what this is? Is it 'Gabriels' in Paris? Its obviously 1981 or 1982 (Jim's haircut is the giveaway).

  • @toptonychick I remember you saying you'd found the full version of "Celebrate" from this TV show. Was that still in B&W though?

  • @theredraven Yes. Infact it was worse too!

  • @toptonychick Oh dear :-(
