  • I wish my Cockatiel would hang out with me, mine just flips out whenever I get near his cage, he paces back and forth frantically, even when I reach in to grab his food and water dishes, anyone got any idea what I'm doing wrong? I whistle to him every day and try to pet him, I'm not jittery or nervous when I stroke him, but he still flares his beak at me and runs around.
