I grew up just north of SEA when all the grunge shit broke, myself and fellow H/S friends/ miscreants catching alot of the music of the period. It was a good time indeed and exposed me to many kinds of music-im grateful for that. The OK hotel grew to despise us-& for good reason. About the best cover of this tune as youre gonna get. The NVA and viet cong had no word for the eagle-on the patch of the 101st airborn so they called them "chicken men"A song about Gerry Cantrell Sr nicknamed rooster

Great opener for a great set-I'm a hardcore fan and appreciate the tribute to music getting it's edge back from the hairbands. one of my top 5 shows. IMO Warren can break into the grunge stuff every once and a while and stick to the stuff I will never tire of,but none the less it was a great show.

Yep it's Pete Thorn. Thorn sat in for the entire 2nd set which was all grunge covers.  It was very nice and I'm glad I was there.
