yes.. you need a sensor bar for ANY wii.. u.u" it's a NORMAL wii shoved it a computer with a turner card OR.. usb intervideo converter.. it's really simple.. if you have a computer.. dun have room in your room to put a small ass wii. (god help if you don't) shove a cheap ati or nvidia car in.. get stereo prongs.. and female adaptor.. hook it up to your sound card u.u" plug everything up and there you go u.u"

S-video was not used to connect the Wii to the pc it was usb. Its simple plug and play. Intervideo is mandantory with the connection this is no other program that you can use.

Your graphics card doesnt have anything to do with this. All graphics are rendered by the Wii with the help of Adaptec GameBridgeTV AVC-1410

It's not that simple. I requires a bit more work then that. There is alot of configuring involved

plus rewiring. There is more than meets the eye.

Ok, I understand that you can play the Wii on your PC BUT... Why? Why would you want to do that... Surely using a TV is the benefit of a console? Why take away that only benefit? I'm personally baffled as to why you think this is a good thing but good luck to you anyway, if that really is what it appears then it's quite impressive.

you could do this, because a lot fo pc moniter's have better resolution than tv's. and maybe this guy doesn't have a TV...think about that, instead of having a TV and a PC, u can do it all on 1. u can get a TVcard for it too.

What the gentleman said is correct. The resolution is key in video games and unlike ps3 and xbox 360 the wii has no way of changing the resolution of the games in it so thats why this was done its alot easier to change the resolution all you have to is get a video card with hd and you will be amazed with the results on your monitor .
